• SIX (6) RAYS

  • indicate that there are six (6) existing technical vocational high schools in the Province of Tarlac. The JCNTVHS is the newly created "Baby Tech-Voc as of June 2013 at Region III. It represent​ also linkages toward the community and industries of the work.

  • the protector against barriers to attain students' knowledge, skills and positive attitudes. The mounted broken lines around the shield represent the fifty-five (55) first enrollees of the school.
