Effective on June 17, 2019, Dr. Marcelo T. Esteban was transferred as the new Principal of the Josephine M. Cojuangco National Technical Vocational High School from his former school, Pitombayog National High School.

The firt Principal of the Josephine M. Cojuangco National Technical Vocational High School was Dr. Nelia Y. Andres (2012 - 2019).

As of today, JCNTVHS is composed of 24 Professional Teachers. 18 from the Junior High School Department 8 of which are from the TLE Group including our Head Teacher 10 of which are from the Academics Group 6 from the Senior High School Department

Josephine M. Cojuangco National Technical Vocational High School is one of the schools within the province that are allowed to offer the Science, Technology and Engineering (STE) Program in the Junior High School Department, aside from the regular section that offers Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Programs that are aligned from the Strengthened Technical and Vocational Education Program (STVEP) of the Department of Education. Our Senior High School Department offers the following programs: General Academic Strand (GAS) Technical - Vocational - Livelihood (TVL) Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) Food and Beverage Services (FBS) Hair Dressing Wellness and Massage / Hilot on which they can apply their acquired skills and knowledge to the Work Immersion Program to our following partner institutions: Jollibee Camiling Branch TARELCO I Reyes Haircutters Mayantoc Rural Health Unit (RHU) BFP / PNP Mayantoc and will have their opportunity to have their National Certificates (NC) after their conduct of Competency Assessment to the Assessment Centers that are duly authorized by TESDA.
